Sour cream enchiladas

1/2 c chopped green onions
1 1/2 c sour cream
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
mix together
add 1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic
salt and pepper to taste

fill flour tortillas with about 1/4 c mix and roll, place in a sprayed 9X13 pan
cover with a can on enchilada sauce (El Paso) red or green I use mild red
top with 4 c shredded cheese
bake at 350 for 25-30 min 
this freezes well and can be baked at a later time
