Sift into a bowl
3 c powdered milk
1/2 c cocoa ( Hershey's or Nestle )
3/4 c sugar
dash salt
Pack into a quart jar. Mix 4 Tbs to 8 oz hot water.
Mexican Hot Chocolate
Mix together
1/3 c light brown sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp powdered vanilla *
1/4 c cocoa
2 1/2 c powdered milk
Store and mix as above.
* can substitute powdered vanilla creamer or Cafe International coffee mix
